Any news on the fines WC and the Dogs will be receiving

WA was before the AFL rule came into Play It was the reason that Richmond and other Clubs complain and the AFL acted making it fairness rules,
Now it looking like it backfiring on Richmond Plus as they have to wait until all the WA and SA players come out of the Quarantine periods
