Pre Bounce Anthem at Home Games

I'd love the idea of curtain raisers too, but the AFL is so far up its own pooper that they reject the fans happiness and it probably won't ever happen

I think it's more about the difficulty fitting the curtain raisers in with AFL warm up periods etc.

That only goes back to 2013? For some reason I had a link to the 08 premiership and Horses in my mind.

Although that has only gone on since 2013... It still at least has some type of history at the club (although small). It also an "anthem" type song which always helps.

So what would people prefer before the bounce at home games?

This is old news, the press have just cottoned on to it. Don't see any problem with it, just a bit of fun for the players after the match. There is no suggestion it should become a pre-match anthem is there?

Only time I'd want to hear 'Horses' played is maybe once during the victory lap between club song plays if we manage to win the flag again with this group - and then only if the players wanted it.
