When I watched him live last year if definitely seemed like fitness was somewhat holding him back so to see him win the 2k tells me he’s been working like a demon during the off season so far

Still very much hard to say

It’s just the 2km at the start of pre season it’s near impossible to read anything into it unless we know if players are well behind or ahead of their own personal bests

It’s fantastic of Blight as an individual all the same

Anyone of note that he was up against? Its a massive effort either way at his size. has clearly gone away and done the work required plus some.
