That is worrying.
Nope just have confidence in our list. Those experienced players we lost had all tapped out early last year when injuries piled up. we are a better team than 2024 showed.
I also have confidence in a few youngsters like Bauer & McAuliffe who hopefully get more time on the ground in decent positions. I'm excited to see how Fawcett goes from all the preseason reports and thats even before we talk about our new recruits who are all massive kids.
Are we playing off in finals? No chance we still have a list that is now too young for that but we are going to be better than most expect.

Bolton was inconsistent in 2024 and had lost motivation second half of year.
Baker was good in patches and average in others … he certainly didn’t have a great year.
Dusty was half rat power most of year.
Rioli was excellent and will be a loss.
Graham was Graham and won’t be greatly missed in a young developing team.
Grimes was injured all year.
Pickett was very poor when he played.
Then on top of that a ridiculous number of injuries and what looked like very poor on-field cohesion, and whispers of disquiet off field.
If the team plays with more desperation, cohesion and team first selfless football in 2025 we will be better than 2024, regardless of the playing list or injuries.
If we have a good run with injuries in addition to giving every inch of ourselves in every game we will easily surpass what we did in 2024 as the only player gone who played consistent quality football in 2024 is Rioli.
