Takes me back to 2010 when Melbourne fans assured us Scully would overtake 'manchild' Dusty once he 'filled out'.

Jagga won't put on 15kg until after he retires.

Sounds like this fwit hasn't seen Dusty or Jagga play if he thinks Jagga is anywhere near as good a user as Dusty. Jagga can't hit a target more than 35 metres away and misses 3m handballs by a metre.
