Bep saigon nice, I also love the congee place.I have picking up my partner at Cockburn station a few times a week.
I don't drink coffee.
I have found some good food places near by.
PappaRich has great Malaysian Foods. The best beef rendang I have had in Australia. Cafe Royal has cheap beer and nice food.
BEP Saigon is value for money as is the Thai restaurant.
The meat pies at Tony Ale Fruit and Veg are the best.
It is Friday (morning)FFS, why is it not Friday yet? I want me some Bolton!
Not Friday yet for you! I trust you're enjoying some football on Thanksgiving - sure makes a change seeing Detroit win a game on this day.FFS, why is it not Friday yet? I want me some Bolton!
He's there, on an individual program till Christmas. Looking good though. (I was only there for a couple of minutes)Anybody down at training and got eyes on Shai?
Shame they couldn't capture Kozzie in the stands.
The third picture...
Hate to say it but The end of the bears v Detroit game made me think of freo this season just past, in tight games. Not Friday yet for you! I trust you're enjoying some football on Thanksgiving - sure makes a change seeing Detroit win a game on this day.
I went on Monday--would you say Sturt has bulked up quite a bit? I find it a bit hard to tell seeing them in person instead of on TV. Could be load management.Just got back from training and the person who impressed me most was Charlie "grey" Nicholls. Has some height, can move with some agility and pace, has forward craft and can take a good mark. Still has plenty of muscle to add, but it was a positive showing.
Additionally, Riddle is a very nice mover for a ruckman. Speaking of which Sean Darcy and Sam Sturt were in the rehab group. Sturt looked quite good and there is both good and bad news with Sean in that he does look more refined in his body shape, but he does at times have a limp that is noticeable when running....fingers crossed he will be ok.
Don't even joke about him passing it. You might will it into existence. All that snapping at goal.
Better start learning the conservative centre pass
If Sturt has bulked up, I would suggest it is only slightly. He was moving well in general. Would love him to have a largely uninterrupted pre-season for once!I went on Monday--would you say Sturt has bulked up quite a bit? Agree Darce looks refined, but was definetly running with a slight limp.

Training report 29/11/24
Nice cool overcast morning to get the boys rolling.
An early TTHD award would have to be big vossy. He looks huge and super fit. Looks like he spent his entire off swing working out.
Not a super amount of intensity. Only 2 in the rehabilitation group - Darcy and Sturt. I tried catching the cart on the way past, but he must have had lunch in the oven.
Bolton must be on a different program. But he seems to have fit in well. Everyone was gasbagging.
Best thing was seeing JT having a run, looking like he's building up for another big season. His parter Amiss has put on a nice amount of size. Same with Erasmus. Just a ball of muscle.
Driz having a run this early is a good sign as well. He needs a good year.
Not a whole load to report. Will be good once Xmas has rolled by and they start upping the intensity.
