Loved the way they hid The General, you can imagine the conversation in setting up the shot would have been hilarious, he looks so out of his element.

Yep, depends if they play Pittonet and TDK together, which i’m not so sure they will. If so we’ll probably need an extra tall, otherwise can get away with Balta on McKay and Grimes on CurnowStill have a back 6 of Balta, Grimes, Broad, Vlas, Baker, Rioli.
Grimes should be played as a tall from now on, if the 2nd ruck goes forward Miller can go with him.

they will give miller a bathMiller played the 4th period in defence last week, must of been after Tarrant got injured, I'm sure Miller will just play defence again, Lynch is back anyway. Add Bolton, Baker, Broad & Sonsie. Damn good lineup this week

Give Tylar young a shot, was alright against Larkey on Friday, gave away a couple free kicks but hey, that’s inevitable in our backline. We breathe on our opponent and it’s a free. Grimes played on curnow last year in our second meeting and blanketed him. We do like to go a little taller so Young in for Tarrant, or go with a smaller option like Brown who also impressed in the praccy match. It’s a bit too soon to already be throwing Miller around to the backline. It seems to me Biggie is right down the bottom of the pecking order. I’ve had high hopes for him but realistically could be his last yearthey will give miller a bath

Richmond key defender Robbie Tarrant’s preparations for the start of the season have been dealt a blow after he was ruled out of Saturday’s practice match against Melbourne with a hip complaint.
In an injury update ahead of the final tune-up for the start of the home-and-away season, the Tigers said Tarrant would be unavailable for the “short-term” as he managed hip symptoms.
Richmond later clarified the hip problem was expected to keep Tarrant sidelined for between one and three weeks.
The Tigers face Carlton in the season-opener on March 16 at the MCG when they will face the Blues’ twin forward threats of Harry McKay and Charlie Curnow.
Tarrant’s injury comes as star forward Tom Lynch prepares to make his return from injury with a limited appearance against the Demons.
Having recovered from plantar fascia injury, the Tigers said Lynch would be available for “reduced game time” if he completed Thursday’s main training session.
The Tigers also said Liam Baker was also in line to play some game time against Melbourne after surgery to have his appendix removed last month.
“Liam has joined in non-contact drills with the group, he has a few things to get through on Thursday during our main session,” club physical performance manager Luke Meehan said.
“Presuming he does, he is expected to play some game time on Saturday.”
Richmond said it would make a call on the availability of Jack Graham (toe) later this week.
“Jack has been training with the group for a couple of weeks and is close to playing some game time,” Meehan said.
“A decision will be made later this week as to when that is.”
Marlion Pickett (adductor) will be unavailable to face the Demons, but the Tigers said he was likely to play in the VFL practice game next week.
