The way Ross reacted to my using binoculars at training, I'm not sure I have the cojones to pull out a camera. I think, at least from me, you are going to have to put up with written impressions.
Who is going tomorrow? Its going to be hot!

Haha what did he do?

I'll be there. No binos, no camera, nor a crystal ball.

It makes sense though first training session back is usually another 3km run to see how everyone has gone over the break.

I wonder if A.Pearce makes a top 3 finish behind Sam and Gu.

Training report

Today I rocked up to see more BF posters than players on the track. After a while we were outnumbered slightly by players as the main group was training at Tompkins Park apparently doing beep test.

The players who were at Freo Oval included a couple of rehab players and others who must be on individual programs.

Alex Pearce, Brady Grey and Craig Moller came out after doing gym work and ran repeat run throughs. Brady Grey has as reported before tree trunks for legs and looks in great shape.

Sheridan and Crozier don’t look to have put on much muscle than last season but ran well and look very athletic.

Kepler was running well and Griff was doing some agility work and hopefully at the tail end of his rehabilitation.

Nothing really else to report, peace, JMT.

A little annoyed I missed the session as Tompkins, went for a run down there at about 8am but obviously it was too early, I guess since it was just running it wouldn't have been too exciting but still.

Interesting that Sherro and Croz were at Freo oval, was Sutty there also JMT?

You went to CBC right? Do you remember whenever we had to do it for PE what the minimum score you could drop out at was? I think it was around 6 and I dropped out then every time

The worry is that my fitness has regressed quite a bit in the years since high school...

No mate Sutty wasn't.

For the record I recorded a 13.5 for my beep test about 10 years ago. I'd be lucky to get a 10 these days.
