I remember Dusty doing the TAN which is 3.8km in about 13.30 or around that mark anyway.
Id say 2km in 7mins.
3km would be 10-11 mins.

So since Grimes finished off the season injury free, This would be the first full pre-season since he got to the club yeah? Cant wait.

I think he has started a preseason injury free but got injured during this period.
