Tommy is here and he said he’s now around [emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]] or [emoji[emoji6]]cm. Has put on size too. Says he’s been in the gym.

Let’s ****ing go

Despite where we actually match a bid for him, it’ll be like getting a top 10 pick.

stop it Jen, that's way too much good news, we're trying to hide him
Don’t worry, old mate Ralphy reckons he won’t be top 30 and he’s never wrong 🥴

Pre-season training

Week 4.
Saturday December 7

Big 3hr session this morning, starting at 9, The boys took in some photos and autographs post session afterward, which was around 12.

No Jordy. Or Pendles (looks like he was coaching his son's basketball team, we can give him a pass)

Mitchell went inside pretty early, not sure why. But otherwise everyone was out there.

Rehab:

Harrison
Cochran
Schultz.

Schultz did missed the last few sessions, so not sure if its a niggle, or management; but he did some running, and then goal kicking with little mcguane. So whatever the issue is it's nothing serious.

Reef with his newly shaved hair, again looked good bringing off the backline.
In terms of perryman, I actually think he and nick may rotate between mid and hb, so we could see Nick playing more of a role down back to lessen the load on him.

Hard to know what to take out of it, as players seemed to alternate between positions, probably won't find out more about preferred set up and such until post christmas.

They did start the session with a lot of running, for about 10 mins or so, then they went into some skills and line work. Lots of working on handballing through pressure. A lot of fundamental stuff, that was probably lacking the last 12 months. If you get the basics right, the rest will follow.
