Yep, sounds like I’m not alone. Got tickets at 9.01am but kicked me out whilst processing payment. Went back in and said I had already used the membership #’s. Have had the following screen for last half hour

3 fu**ing times I had a block of 4 tickets using 'Best Available' - 5-6 minutes left on the timer, click 'Go to Pay' and within 3 seconds of clicking the button, it says 'Session Timed Out'.

These campaigners couldn't organise a root in a brothel.

I had luck using the email link from Richmond on my phone not wifi. My partner went via ticketek account and couldn’t get through. Timed out after I entered my cc but then a confirmation email came through. Keep trying and do what you can to bypass main ticketek page.

maybe this is purposely orchestrated by the afl to increase finals fever? alright ticketek you can use a Max of 5 ec2 instances and the lowest iop rds instance possible to service requests

I'll take it if you don't want it - I'm still stuck in a queue after having 3X Cat 1, going to pay, website crashing, then being told my member barcodes were used, and now been in queue again for 40 minutes.

I've been to all the finals in Victoria since 2013, but it looks like this will be the first one I'm missing. Ridiculous that first year members with 3 game memberships have the same chance as a 6 year member that has reserved seats. And I'm sure there are people who have been a member for much longer than me that will miss out too.
Pray for an interstate team in the prelim, if we win on Thursday night.
