Prelim Finals ticketing - Sold out

I have tickets in SQ49 row E. I haven’t sat in that area from memory. Anyone know if they are any good?

Not that it mean's anything now but the afl membership twitter feed claims that Rich and Coll AFL club support members were permitted to purchase a ticket at full price during club memeber pre sale on Monday. Was anyone at all awsre of this? First time i've ever heard of that. If i had of known i eould have tried my luck. These campaigners make it up on the fly

I even tried to purchase a second lot of tickets because it struck me as a little odd and i got a message "entitlements exhausted" guess wrong of me to think that means I have tickets

I’d be contacting ticketek with your membership details. They must have it recorded to disallow you the 2nd time

If you like level 4 it’s the best place to sit on the top deck.

Very good. Almost centre wing top deck, but only a few rows off the fence so not too bad. If it rains you’ll cop a bit but there’s none forecast. I sat a few rows behind there for the QF and it was great - although I’m a GA member so I sit up high often.

Awesome seats. It’s the first bay around from the end of the MCC. You’re at the front of the top deck, right behind our bench.

If you have registered for the grand final ballot, make sure you look at the balance now on the card you’ve registered with, in case we win tomorrow night.

If you used a credit card that you cannot put money on instantaneously (i.e. a non-bank card that you have to pay via BPay), make sure you check it now and make sure you put money on today or tomorrow so you can be sure it clears by ballot time, in case we win tomorrow.

I know it feels like tempting fate to even talk about at this point, but it’s as important as changing your smoke alarm battery, checking your balls now and then in the shower or getting the Doc to whack a finger up you-know-where.

Do it! Even if you’re sure that it’s fine!

And to make sure you have enough to cover the highest cost ticket which $410 and if you have a debit mastercard to make sure any direct debit payments don't send you below $410.

Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to get back to Melbourne to get to the game.
The ticket cost about $120. I'm not trying to make money, just get some back.

Also, can anyone tell me if it's too late to register for the GF ballot? I'm priority 3.

In July, the news outlets sent a pair of reporters undercover to Ticket Summit 2018, a ticketing and live entertainment convention at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

Posing as scalpers and equipped with hidden cameras, the journalists were pitched on Ticketmaster's professional reseller program.

Company representatives told them Ticketmaster's resale division turns a blind eye to scalpers who use ticket-buying bots and fake identities to snatch up tickets and then resell them on the site for inflated prices. Those pricey resale tickets include extra fees for Ticketmaster.
