Same issue old mate, 2 weeks in a row.
Have watched that last 5 minutes a ridiculous amount of times.

To be there for that was incredible. An amazing mix of emotions in that last quarter.

There clearly is a burning desire amongst the boys since that final day in September 2023.

One more boys. 🦁
But how amazing was it , how satisfying .
How absolutely incredible what we have seen from this team in this Final series .

Geelong had everything going for them coming in to this game - almost everyone fit, leaving out some gun players and rested and refreshed. We were still the better team despite a massive key injury.

Sydney will be almost fully fit, some gun players will be left out and will be super refreshed.

We’ve got this, we will not accept failure. This group resilience has finally arrived and then some. Rayner coming up clutch this PF is the moment we will look back on as the moment he finally emerged.

So Gramps gives Scotty a coaching masterclass in the second half

"All Chips In" Scott looked clueless as to how to counter the Lions running handball chaos , up tempo switch up when the game was on the line.

With perhaps our biggest advantage (Oscar) crippled and then Joe having to sacrifice his own game to cover the ruck

Defenders knuckled down magnificently and our small forwards carried the day.

Magnificent

That's about it. Well-won victory to the Lions!

Enjoyed Isaac Smith's body language for pretty much the entire clip and Big Turd's reaction at about five minutes in when Duncan was ran down.

The Turd was not happy , couldn’t happen to a better bloke .

I didn't mean any disrespect to Scott.

The "All Chips In" was a reference to spud David King's pronouncement a few weeks ago about the Lions dumping Fagan and going "All Chips In " next season on Chris Scott..

King is such a pillock

Answerth another 8 tackles tonight after 11 last week and he also won that crucial ball in the middle and got it forward when we were down a point which led to the incredible Ah Chee goal.

Love that Answerth gets to play in a granny this year!

Hated the way Gary Lyon kept referring to him as "Ainsworth" in the post match.

I think even Browny may have said it once.

Up there with the Jackson Payne atrocity

Shout out too Eric Hipwood. Clearly hampered and not at 100% - however, he was so important last night. Kicked a great goal and won some critical 50-50 contests and I think it was last qtr got across and spoilt a Geelong free player on the wing which then resulted in a throw in. Can hold his head high.
