i think we can all but guarantee that Butler is gone at the end of the year - i can understand him not being named in the 22, but to not get an Emergency spot is pretty telling, rumour has it he was training pretty strongly. Dare say it came down to he & Lloyd, with Lloyd being rewarded for his loyalty - I think however Butler made the more sense as we have no cover for a pressure forward or speed.... both Ellis and Lloyd play the at the same speed, honestly think only 1 needed to be in the emergencies

Perhaps but I think it comes more down to the fact that he had played more than a half of football for how many weeks. Not a player you take that kind of risk with.
