Do you know what overrated means?
I never said he was a bad player, I just don't think he's as good as you people think he is.
Overrated in the sense that all he does is score tap-ins, yeah?

Yeah it's shocking isn't it 31 goals in 29 games his 2nd goal was a neat finish such a hack...He does nothing apart from average a goal a game, and create goals for teammates.
Yeah, I suggest you stop embarrassing yourself.

Even I could finish any of the last 4 goals he's scored. He's statistically impressive, but not up there with the best strikers in the world in my opinion. No better than Mario Gomez or Javier Hernandez.
If we're being serious ... it's to be expected that a player gets talked up so much when they're in such red hot form. But he is on track to break league records ATM.
What about Rooney's start to the season? Some were rating him as high as Messi.
How unlucky are Wolves? Lost because of a ridiculously soft penalty. Going to be hard for them to stay up this season.
walcott 'just hasn't been able to hit that pass' his whole career.Van Persie, Walcott and Gervinho look exceptionally dangerous.
Especially the wingers. Some of Walcott's touches are fantastic, just haven't been able to hit that last pass.
Norwich fought back after the equaliser, but still looks like Arsenal should win from here.
Go Swansea <3
rooney still has about 12 early season goals from the penalty spot.Like I said, he's a great player, I just think he's overrated because most of his goals were very simple finishes and everyone is focusing exclusively on the statistics. A lot of the hard work is usually already done for him (again, his first against Chelsea is a good example), and to go with that, he also fluffs a lot of chances most strikers would usually bury. I think Gervinho, Arteta, Ramsey etc deserve just as much credit as him for Arsenal's great run of form.
As for Rooney, have you seen his highlight reel this season? Most of his goals were spectacular. But with that said, he's still a level below Messi.
Gareth Bale is irrelevant you muppet. I was saying he's overrated because 4 of his last 5 goals have been ridiculously easy finishes while people like you are putting him up there with the best players in the world. There are a number of strikers I'd still take over him.
About time Manchester City give Newcastle a reality check. Hope they win 5-0.
Another wonderful contribution. You're obviously not very intellectual considering you can't come up with a genuine response.
Didn't say he only scores tap-ins, it's just that 4 of his last 5 goals were incredibly simple finishes (notably his first against Chelsea) and yet he's constantly being praised as god's gift.
For the record, I think he's a great player, I just think players like Dzeko, Rooney, Villa etc are better, contrary to most peoples' belief.
Pretty happy with our match, I thought we were by far the better team but the Geordies battled hard and created a few chances that could have seen them finish up with a point.
Very happy with Clichy's match, he continues to impress me. Good to see De Jong back to full fitness and playing as we know he can.
As for RVP, I think he is overrated at the moment. But he's playing exceptionally well at the moment and is carrying Arsenal, something I wasn't sure he was capable of. I'm happy that Arsenal have turned things around, credit to Wenger for that, and Van Persie for his contribution.
Still has the most smackable face in football though.
10 minutes into the Norwich/Arsenal game, staggering how Arsenal aren't ahead yet.
Why is Grant Holt on the bench? Every time I've seen him play for Norwich, he looks like a quality hold up striker, whereas Steve Morison looks like a typical championship striker.
