Agree on Jetta and Dawes. Salem I rate about 78 and same peak as Haydos.

You've done a reasonable job for a team you haven't watched much. Changes i would make are:
Macmillan 82 overall, 87 peak
Cunnington 86-90
Wells 85-85 (one of our best mids if he's fit)
Garner-77-87
Wright 78-80
Andersen 75-87
Mullet 75-80
Ziebell 83-87

Otherwise good job!

Looks pretty good, couple of possible changes are Thurlow should have a higher peak, maybe around 85 and Menzel should have a peak of 85-90, i know he has had injuries but at his best he is a gun, if he stays fit he could dominate.

I think he means on the personality of a player where they'll be "somewhat consistent", "extremely consistent", eg while a player will be "extremely extroverted".

Give it a go on 0, then sim a season and see how you get on...I don't know if changing the consistency to 0 will mean only ratings matter, or that everyone will be hopeless...but worth a try definitely

From the season that I have just simmed after putting all the consistency to 0 hasn't really changed anything to be honest
