Joel deserved to be dropped.
Good on him for coming back and playing a game like that today, but he's got to do it consistently, not only when he gets criticised and he has to make a point that we're wrong.
He is a good footballer when he applies himself.
I just sometimes think he'd rather be doing other things lately.
Show us Joel we're wrong again and then I'll believe the turnaround in form.
Until then, today was just a fabulous game by him, BOG and all that, but one week in 13 does not make him safe.
All it shows me is what the ____ was he doing in the previous 12 matches.

It's a dam shame that a percentge of you are so stupid that all you can do is make personal comments and applaud ultimate laziness.

Did it occur to you that players go through form slumps?
Did it occur that even the best players of all time, had days when they weren't BOG, as you're suggesting Bowden should be (bold).

Go Joel!!!! Was good early on in year. Should've been on Rocca in Coll game but ended up in a mismatch with Medhurst. Bounced back well. Couple of All-Australians and Jack Dyer Medals playing undersized against Jonathon Brown and co. Saved the game today!!!!!!
