I'm all for a joke and a laugh just like anyone else.The bloke has already copped a fair pasting on here but that was just a low blow.

I was told last year there are only a couple of reasons to knock back a clearance. Money owed to the club or a signed contract in place. If none of those then its just a process and he will get a clearance.
I gave clearances to anyone who wanted one.
No point in stopping a bloke play footy at this level.

I have heard of guys not getting a clearance cos they kept their playing guernsey, and never gave it back.

You can't stop people from beaing petty.
I made sure everyone who wanted a clearance got one. With the option to come back if they didn't like it. Plenty have come back this year.
