What’s happening at Chelmer?
I see the scratch match between your guys and palmy has been moved to yeronga (oval 2).

Is this to protect the ground for the season proper ? Cheers mate

Mate, just a few patches not up to scratch just yet. We took control of the field last Monday, but only youth and juniors have trained on it so far and have to stay away from a few patches, including the scoreboard end goalsquare.

The senior lads will be back training there as of next week, and we will play a praccy match there next Saturday.

Getting a bit of rain last 48 hours, which is helpful too
