Was just talking about this as last year we had the winner and was fairly disappointed with the way it was presented.
I get that covid has put a holt on a few functions so it is a tad uneventful.
Not sure what else they can do.
Aflq still manipulating draw hence why it isn’t up…. Best for community footy was original decision but seems like a crock a shit…. Will be interesting to see how many more changes they’ll make. Already carved up the bottom 4 of the 8 …
Agree Buck surely at worst they could invite minimum people allowed to a function whatever that may be after lockdown and bring top 4-5 players and live stream the voting maybe?
So at least winner is acknowledged is some shape or form.
Even a live stream reading out votes would be absolutely least they could do for our competition.

under the premier's rules no community sport in any format, rules don't make a lot of sense, gym I go to there are 20 people in a studio room doing classes together inside.

That will mean div one down to six teams. Surely 4 teams as a minimum need to go up from div 2 Nth/sth!

Head office have nothing to do with this.
If clubs are breaking the rules it's a police issue.
Government directive not aflq.
Fine line with huge financial repucussions if found to be outside the guidelines.
But you would think clubs would have done a thorough check before they trained.

That said, Dr Young was very strong today on 'if we get 1 case across the border it's another lockdown' so that may scare the horses at AFLQ too
