thats been fairly standard for years.

some teams prefer Saturday and organise accordingly. If you don't want to do it, you have never been forced

We used to agree to them, then we failed to get numbers a few times in a row and just told AFLQ we were Friday nights only and never got scheduled for a Saturday game again.

Don't let the truth get in the way of another narrative Thommo.

Heard North Shore are playing Maroochydore 3rds. Be a good gauge on where both sides are at

Div 4 into it next week!

Roos got up by 2-3 goals. Decent game of footy, bit spicy at one point but settled down after halftime and Roos probably just had more legs. Both sides will take plenty out of it

Roos only won by a goal in the end, Northshore led most of the game but Maroochydore had a bit more experience to hold on.

Think it has to be aligned geographically at this level. Probably argue no different scorelines to 80% of suburban comps around Australia, esp country leagues.

Used to be. Not sure now. Some grown stronger, some weaker. Top of Div 3 would crush some of those bottom Div 4 sides by 250 plus and that ain’t good for footy in any comp

In the North side comp North Shore already look head and shoulders above and Glass house may struggle. Outside of that, I think the rest of the teams will be reasonably competitive against each other.

Yes, with about 6-7 minutes to go, The Ferny Grove/Pine Rivers game got called off due to an injury.

North Shore have a very good side with a number of guys from both Hinterland and Maroochy moving across plus a few who haven't played for afew years but possibly too good for this division of footy. Mihocek could easily play div 1

If the results of the first two games as well as their practice game against me the Roos are anything to go by, I would think they will be found to be too good for Fourth grade football.

It’s would be a very hard competition to grade teams for from the AFLQ though, with so many teams having a big amount of turnover each year.

How are other teams looking after the first two rounds?

i don't mind bagging AFLQ at the best of times as some of their decision making is senseless, but asking them grade Div 3 and Div 4 footy is like asking them for lotto numbers.

Teams in those comps aren't just a year to year propositions, they are a week to week proposition!

Watched them play and you better have a good ruck solid midfield nd great backs if your going to get close to them in this comp.

Their ruckman is a 1st year player from basketball - very handy footballer

They have 3 guns who can all play ruck 2 of their 3 rucks were lions academy players and their third is a very athletic ex basketball player.
