Another club with a new captain this season was the Bears, who under Muddiemoose have managed to add quality to their squad without losing any posters to other clubs. The likes of guero and Lemon Boi didn't live up to their initial promise but adding Suns Supreme and Party Gull is a massive step in the right direction for the club, who are starting to build a list of real quality.

Short and simple review, but it wasn't an off-season of great upheaval for the Bears who got almost all of their business done with minimal fuss.

The Demons continue to have one of the most stable lists in the league and with a number of veterans going around once again they have kept the core of their side intact going into Season 33. However, they did lose a few with only haydo coming back the other way in terms of experience. Pickitt and Toump Ass left for the Furies, whilst EKA winner damicky made a headline move to the Wonders after committing to them months earlier, even before he had joined Mount Buller. League stalwart pantskyle is also on the way out of the club, heading back to the Warriors, but at least the Demons managed to escape ClarkeM's ire by picking up a rookie in PaythePerryman.
