HEY HEY HEY, LONG TIME NO SEE (I've 3 years since my registration, 4 months since my last login)

I've some doubts about cricket uniforms. I'm trying to understand the sport and the codes.

Test uniforms are always white?
Limited Overs and ODI are the same thing?
In the sequence: Test Uniforms - ODI uniforms - T20 uniforms. The first are more "classic" and the last are more "creative". The ODI looks "a basic warm-up or soccer jersey", then?

Test - White
T20/ODI - Coloured
T20 and ODI are newer forms of cricket so there isn't really any tradition involved. If they started playing Test cricket in coloured uniforms many people would be angry - including me.

1. Correct
2. No. Limited Overs refers matched with a maximum number of overs in an innings, this can be a range of one day cricket, and t20 cricket. ODI, is short for One Day International, which is a 50 over one day cricket game, but on an international level.
3. Agreed. If you want to look at early coloured uniform google 'World Series Cricket uniforms'. There are some really outrageous colour choices

Test cricket is played with a red ball, but because of the introduction of colour uniforms Kerry Packer tested out several different colors for WSC, before deciding on a white ball. But as we move into day/night tests, the color of the ball will change again.

Hi,

I have no idea if this is the right place for this question, so if it's not I apologise.

I'm involved with a fairly new footy team in Europe and we want to design a promotional poster to stick up around town to advertise our games, but the problem is we don't have any contacts with the expertise to do something that looks professional.

We're just after something simple with the club logo, a picture, our match details listed, plus some contact info and our sponsor's logo at the bottom.

We can't offer any money but we could probably give some of our club merchandise, might have a bit of novelty value for those a long way from Europe?

Does anyone have the font used on the original eagles jumpers
It looks like this:
