Any way to turn these types of notifications off?

I didn't care about notification when the thread was created 7 minutes prior and now have another (ad) notifcation for the same thread. I think I got one for tipping (again, not interested) last week too?

Yes had to switch it off. Repairman on site next week.

When you click the 'Open Site in New Window' it comes up with "Oops, an error occurred."

I do but I've switched it off and it's doing the same thing.

I just opened FF and it works OK.

I would disable addons and lower security level maybe. If you want to. Mine has no extensions or anything as I don't use it.

If anybody came to this thread looking for a way to disable the "Last read date" section that appears under each participant in a PM (as I did before checking my preferences), you can do so under the "Privacy" section of your preferences (specifically "Conversation privacy").

I'm not sure if this is super new or if I've just missed it until now.

I use BF every now and then and when I went to contribute again on my MacBook, the box I am currently typing in (using my fiance's Dell laptop) is not there and I can't reply or post. I have used the same MacBook before, whenever the last time I posted was.

Are you logged in? Occasionally I've been logged out on another device, after a period of not posting. Maybe there was an update.

If you use the same account on two different machines there should be no difference in your privileges to post.

If one machine is playing up, you might try clearing the browser cache and cookies.

Is there a way to refresh a page on mobile without having to leave the thread and rejoin? This is for game day threads on mobile. I know I can refresh a forum by swiping down on my phone, but that can't be done when you're on a thread if that makes sense. I want to be able to refresh a game-day thread without leaving it.

I find hitting the page number helps

If I was on my mobile I would touch page 59 below - that works
