The issues was still occurring before the updates as well , doesn’t happen all the time but it does happen enough to be an ongoing issue and annoying at times with the crashing and reloading

What is the difference between self-disable and requesting an account deletion? Will account deletion simply disable my login or actually delete all my posts/messages/likes?

That's fine, If I do a request to https://biginterestgroup.com/contact-us/ it will be DELETE * FROM posts where user_id = 12346?
