..and as already mentioned in this thread, even if WC win, they lose... I know more than a few of their supporters who will spew...

Naitanui gave Clarke a lesson on ruckwork earlier this year in his 2nd or so game of the season.

Clarke is better around the ground at the moment but it's all largely irrelevant.

Clarke has only been playing 2 years now? I dont expect the gap to be bridged in that department for another season.

Actually the stats for the two on average are very similar, with Nic Nat probably taking the cake in the effectiveness stakes with a higher amount of goals, goal assists and i50's. But both have had so little game time it is really no great comparison.

Both have a similar amount of hitouts aswell. In no way am I knocking Clarke but I do think Naita has shown slightly more at AFL level so far. That said we have seen so little of both and there is a long long way to go for either player. Honestly I hope they both succeed and excel as ruckman.

Happy with where Clarke is at. He was only the 3rd string ruckmen for Vic Metro behind Vickery and McKernan, so I dont reckon he got as much attention as those two. Since coming to Freo he has come on pretty well... To have stats that are around the same as the best ruckmen of his draft are good signs as well.

We're in poor form at the moment, but WCE won't win another game for the season.

It'll be close for 3 quarters, the eagles may even lead at quarter and half time, but Freo will win comfortably.

Watch for the eagles to "rest" all their performers in the last quarter...

I wouldn't be too upset with a loss. Not so much because it will keep us in the hunt for a PP but also because it keeps WC away from one

They are building a nice list as it is, they don't need any charity

If they were able to add 2 of Butcher, Trengove, Morabito or Lucas to their list they would be hard to beat in a few years

and it's not a WC thing either, I don't want Melbourne to get a PP. Its too much of a leg up IMO
