Think it was about 1.3kg there abouts, whatever those stock standard Coles operations are. Smoked at 225f(107c) for about 6hrs til it hit 190f(88c). Really need to get out of lockdown so I can smoke up 2 5-6kg numbers for mates when they can all come round hahaHow big is it? And how long do you smoke it for?
