I’m not sure if it was in this but I remember one of you saying you lived in the same area and often attended the same bar as Ron Jeremy and mentioned he was a real predator. Well you’ve been proven correct as I just saw a news article that he has been indicted for over 30 counts of sex crimes. What a low life.

I've just rediscovered the joy of a fried egg on toast. Childhood staple but I ditched them for poached. But they're ******* elite.
I did an friedegg about a year ago, but I was too hungover to go to the shops and buy butter or oil so I sizzled it in habanero death sauce.

Aesthetically, red egg is a bit much but taste wise, unbelievably good.

Think it was about 1.3kg there abouts, whatever those stock standard Coles operations are. Smoked at 225f(107c) for about 6hrs til it hit 190f(88c). Really need to get out of lockdown so I can smoke up 2 5-6kg numbers for mates when they can all come round haha
 
how strong? tried a few Russian imperials over the past couple of months, if it pours like oil then you're doing well.
Not sure yet, it's thick enough to attenuate to around 9 -10% depending on where it finishes. Plan is to cellar it for a few years
