Designated Survivor:

Just as they were about to "get a room". I could tell the two Chief of Staffs were going to kiss eventually.

Also, Maggie Q is so annoying as an actress, yet she is becoming so key in this show as she has all the information.[/spoiler

Thanks for choosing something that's not really important to spoil for me

So Rogue One, who's seen it?
The characters were mostly boring and totally uncharismatic bar the two Asian guys (Jedi wannabe and big gun man) but their decent chemistry was only afforded brief screentime

TFA was better. Although the last act of Rogue One was really well shot and nice to watch, particularly as the first half was so literally dark.

Ps can't believe I saw someone compare this film to Empire Strikes Back. CRAY.

+1

Not a sci-fi fan at all really, and my brother is a huge fan so as kids I had it all shoved down my throat so I've probably developed an irrational hatred for it.

I don't mind sci-fi. But after seeing the first two movies, it gave me nothing new in terms of story and twists.

The only objective conclusion here is that your taste is terrible.

Prime Harrison Ford. Han motherf&%kin Solo.

I am definitely rewatching the original trilogy tomorrow because I'm so angery at this thread.

Nothing in terms of story or twists? Not only is the story really solid, Empire has one of the greatest plot twists in movie history. Jedi then adds to this and concludes the entire 3 perfectly.

Seriously you need to give them another go, but perhaps try machete order (IV, V, II, III, VI), it tells the story as well as it possibly can, and turns the poor prequels into a semblance of decency (especially with dropping I out of the viewing list).

I think I am waiting until Rogue One is released on DVD, then I am going for a full on 8 movie marathon in extended machete order with Rogue One and The Force Awakens book-ending the other 6 (R1, IV, V, I, II, III, VI, VII).
