AFL99 was the absolute goat. Imagine an AFL game now that still had dedicated fight buttons.

I played the shit out of Crusader Kings 2 but it's definitely a pretty wild commitment to do it well.

I feel like even a long Civ 4 game would be knocked over inside 15 hours of play time but I never finished the only CK2 game I got into and i'd played well over 50 hours. Not even close actually. I've probably played through 30 or 40 Civ games between 2 and 4 but that's because you've always got that light at the end of the tunnel. CK2 just seemed to go on and on and get more and more insanely complex as time went on.

CK2 is sort of bad for the end game I've found. I managed to expand my Italian empire to a point where ever single other nation in the world is in a defensive pact against me and the only way to expand is to go to war against the entire pact every single time

If so, get ready to experience the best stadium in Australia. Gonna be a Grand Final rematch too, even better. That qualifying final against you guys was insane, the atmosphere was absolutely electric. I was on edge the entire game,
it's probably up there with the Grand Final as one of my favourite games I've attended.

From what I see on TV, Optus looks easily better than every other stadium (excl. MCG, best ground and cannot convince me otherwise), Definitely going to give it a run for it's money though. Pretty pumped.

Can confirm, having been to both multiple times, Optus is a better venue. MCG is decent but is better for history’s sake.

A stadium that had been built >2 years ago will obviously have better facilities, look finer, etc.
However no other ground has the capacity for the experiences and memories I've had/made at the MCG and for this, it's unrivalled*.



*A Collingwood win at Optus this season would really go a long way to change this

Can't beat Adelaide Oval imo. Perfect for both footy and cricket, and it doesn't need to be full to have a good atmosphere. Optus and the G are obviously amazing stadiums, but seem disappointing with smaller crowds and almost lack a bit of soul given the Coliseum sort of design - particularly Optus. No going past Adelaide's scoreboard on the hill either
