wat

so he left because it was negative

and now he wants proof that it was definitely negative

but there are already blood test results that he's seen and nobody has ever tried to hide from him.

What exactly does he want done?

I mean if he's left straight after a pregnancy result either way he's a ****ing stupid arseh*le, so that's not really up for debate. I'm just trying to wrap my head around what exactly his thought pattern is.

My cousin can be a massive bitch, and she can be immature, but this is next level. He left because he can't handle the stress of the scare and now he wants her to pay the costs to go through court etc. I'm actually sitting here laughing my head off.

I don't get how any court in Australia would have a more trustworthy opinion on the matter than a doctor.

I mean, I get why he might want to be sure for financial reasons and that, but how does a court add anything to a doctor's findings? Get a second or third or fourth opinion, sure, but why the court?!

Because this guy is evidently a special kind of stupid. If he can find a court that will accept the case I'll personally buy a WCE tripanel and wear it for a week straight.

But to go through court for what?

What is he going to gain from the courts that he doesn't already have?

What court in their right mind is going to make someone getting sued pay court costs when they've already provided what the other party wants?

I hope it goes to court, they throw it out instantly and he's forced to pay some sort of fee

That's what I'm hoping, apparently he was putting away stuff so he could provide for their family later on (cough cough 18 year olds cough cough) so it'd be hilarious for him to get to court just to have to pay legal fees (and damages too)

I just don't know what he's hoping to get out of suing that he doesn't already have.

You actually have to have been denied something you believe you have a legal right to in order to sue anyone for anything. That hasn't happened.
Oh I know haha this guy must be a bit daft. If they had the kid already different story, but as it would be unborn (if she's even conceived that is) he surely would have no right to it anyway

I think he'd have some (very minor) rights as a biological father to an actually born baby.

But he doesn't have the right to force her to get a test done at all, and he definitely doesn't have the right to make her take a test that she's already taken and provided him with the results to.

It's baffling how he could be this stupid. Surely a lawyer has told him how stupid he is and charged him for the privilege

Nope, his solicitor has advised him not to contact her so obviously his solicitor is a daft moron too

His solicitor might be a genius. They don't even need to build a case because they know it'll be thrown out. Your cousin's ex is paying them undoubtedly a fair bit of money to file some paperwork.

Serious question

My sister is doing an online GD course and she's run into a problem. Her latest (and second last) assignment is due tonight and because of extenuating circumstances, she has no hope of submitting it. She's attempted to call the support line etc to gain an extension, however no one is answering her calls.

1) what should she do in this situation

2) if she emails a superior, would that count as her attempting to ask for an extension, and therefore prevent her from failing the assignment? (And/or course)

If the extenuating circumstances are legitimate and she can submit it pretty quickly afterwards she'll likely be okay if she shoots off an email asap.

She should state in the email all the attempts she made to contact someone.

It's so bloody frustrating that I'm a size medium and medium seems to be the most popular size I miss out on so much cause medium is always a sell out!!!!

Long term medium is the best size to be.

You don't get anything on sale like the really big or small people do, but everything gets made in your size.

I believe she would have to get through to count it as an extension but it depends who is running it, if it some tough grumpy knob well she is ****ed.... If it's a clueless Asian well then she could probably go clubbing tonight

Tbh I'm not help at all as I never experienced anything like or similar to this sorry

Medium is a good size to be, nowadays footy jumpers are tight as I'm a size small in everything but a footy jumper lol

The other really, really good thing about being a medium or large footy guernsey, is that so are 95% of players, so getting player issues that fit is a lot easier.

Being young and without a job means a lack a bit of loot so getting a new jumper is a real good thing, in 2015 my goal is to get enough money and try and get a player issue, preferably one From a player that didn't play the game or a not so well known player so it will be easier getting his jumper. I wouldn't mind a player issue of the GWS clash or the eagles wings.

You'll get there mate. When I got a job but was still living at home I had a lot of disposable income all of a sudden and spent a lot of time on eBay buying sports jerseys.
