They think they are above anyone else , it's not about the dog anymore , it's the social aspectsorry dog lovers, but dogs off lead jumping at you or attacking you on a run is s**t, especially when there is a dog park nearby

I hate it when people do that. There's a reason why an owner says No. They're not doing it for shits and giggles. You'd have thought the bloke would have understood the safety of his kid might actually be at risk here.Yea. I have a dog and a little kid wanted to pet it but I said no because my dog was way too energetic that day. The kids dad gave me a dirty look lol. Dogs off lead is a big no no imo and clean up your dogs s**t.
<hugs>Thanks Ticky! I probably identify more as a masc-presenting non-binary, at present. Working out your gender identity isn't always straightforward, I'm finding. Appreciate everyone's support <3
You legend RW!! Congrats on taking that step. It sounds like it's been a confusing, stressful journey but (even though we've never met) I'm proud of you mate! Thanks mate. I've been out of the Big 4 for almost a decade now, but if you can hold out for the CA then do that. I was pretty burnt out after getting mine, which is quite common actually, one of the partners I worked with (a really great guy) said it was not unusual for people to be 'stuffed' after finishing CA. I work as a sole practitioner now, I don't earn as much and I still get pretty busy at times (like now), but the stakes aren't as high, if that makes sense. Happy to chat further over PM, just might take my time in responding, as we are in the middle of tax season
As for living life as myself, I'm still not sure what that will look like, exactly! I put on various 'masks' over the years to hide it, for a while I bought into somewhat conservative views about gender and sexuality in an attempt to suppress it, even tried turning to religion in search of answers, so at the moment I'm just trying to re-connect with myself again before I decide on next steps. But appreciate the support
I know someone who is a saints (afl) and cubs (mlb) fans, though he finally got the cubs win in recent years
Goes for the Clippers in the NBA
Thought I had a pretty good grasp of English… well, for a Year 9 dropout anyway, but hadn’t heard of a contronym…

Nice!
How come you dropped out at year 9? If you are open to and comfortable with sharing? If not apologies for the question.
Happy to share.
Family was basically homeless thru my high school years.
s**t, poor thing, lot going on then.
Obviously I wouldn’t wish it on anyone but the experiences my two younger brothers and I shared with other similarly displaced kids was quite unique.
We were probably very lucky to have had stable Primary years where we learned good from bad etc while some of the other kids weren’t so lucky.
Bros and I got into lots of mischief but nothing serious and, as young working adults, managed to build relatively normal lives, albeit lacking many life skills others take for granted.
My sleep patterns are awful. But I usually manage about 6 hours.how much sleep do people feel they need of a night on a regular basis
think i had 3 last night but i usually do like say 6 as a rule
