Yeah, I think he will. I think Roos will throw him in from rd 1 and by all accounts, he's good to go. I'm hoping Wanna is too. Otherwise I will be trading them both out before we start. Franklin not starting rd 1 is not an issue for me TBH.

ROK is worth every cent...... SC gold.

Awesome midfield but having players such as wonna, playfair and the last 4 in your backline suggests that you may need to downgrade one of your big midfield guns (selwood or pendlebury) to even your team out.

Here's my updated team so some advice please!

Good team overall. Forwardline has its faults with dennis-lane starting on the field when he really should be starting on the bench in all teams. But yeah a very good start.

Everything is now just personal choice.

I'd say fwd line is your only source of problems. Harvey is old. Pav is on the slide I think. Buchanan does nothing. But that's just my opinion on thiose 3.

Take what I say with a grain of salt but....
I would think you need to get Ablett in. I know you probably want to work around him to give you some extra cash but he just scores so heavily you will be burning trades trying to get him in your side.

Backs look solid enough. Carrazzo is more of a DTer for mine due to sheer number of possessions, but it's up to you.
Mids look a little on the weak side. Bartel is still a gun but as evidenced by his scores last year compared to his Brownlow year he is playing a different role. Would be interested to know which McVeigh you've picked, and I'm not 100% sold on Masten.
Fantastic ruck setup. Both Sandi and Tippett can potentially pull massive scores and you have reliable bench cover.
Forwards look good, however not sold on Hall and how well he will score this year. WCE's Kennedy looks ready to explode

() and could be a handy pickup. Perhaps changing Hall to a rookie/first-year (No. 9 pick Andrew Moore?) and using the money to upgrade some of the weaker links in your side could help. But then again, it's all opinion

What do you all think?? I am very happy with it, it's about my 10th draft..

I had Chadwick and Lindsay last year and I must say that both were quite frustrating to have in the squad. I think that there are better options, especially for Cornes. Maguire has never been a big scorer - I think he's much better suited to the bench.

Nice midfield. Burgoyne is a risk but should be good to go, and I like the selection of Hill. Apparently he's bulked up a lot. Walker could be a steal if he can get onto the park!

Rucks are pretty good. I'm not sold on Naitanui after just one NAB cup match, though. I have him, too, but I have Tippett in the forwardline as back-up.

I think that you're forwardline is excellent. Will Harvey still have the same output that he did a couple of years ago?

Overall a pretty good effort. :thumbsu:

Seems a bit empty all over TBH.

Backline seems OK but not much scoring power after Enright.

Mids start well but then fizzle to not a lot. Walker is still a bit sus IMO. I know he's a #1 draft pick but the only thing he's been consistent in thus far is pathetic scoring and injuries.

Rucks are fine.

Fwds are handy but harvey is getting on and maybe an injury casualty.

I think Duffield is WAY over priced. plenty others out there that are better value. Henderson is a bit of a mystery bet IMO and probably best avoisded on that basis.

Mids look good. I'd be tempted to slide in one of the saints players for Sewell or somehow get Masten upgraded.

Rucks look very handy but a bit of coin on the bench.

fwds look strong and if Hall fires so will you. On the other hand.....

Captain Chardy, you mids look weak but I guess it's at the expense of making the other lines stronger. One of the dramas might be htat when you want to trade up, you may have to use multiple trades to get the player you want as you may not have enough cash at hand to upgrade a rookie to a top liner.
Once again, I know SFA about this game and my opinions are just that.

backs seem a little dispappointing. All middle of teh road players with little upside.

Mids are good but Palmer off a kneee injury may be a worry.

Rucks are good.

Going both the Riewoldts I'm assuming??? Maybe a down grade of Jack, Bob or Shaun might help free up some coin for other more wothwhile investments.
