Please check mine out and give some feedback!

Backs: B.Deledio, H.O'Brien, Trengove, T.Hunt, B.Lake, B.Ellis (M.Clarke, B.Smedts)

Specific players I wasn't so sure on in terms of form/fitness are:
- T.Hunt - unsure big time
- J.Trengove (port) - how's he going?
- B.Ellis - seems to be going well?
- Butcher - are there better options at similar price?
- Porpylzia

Lake and Hargrave in the same Backline, would you have Pendles and Swan??? Risky
Yeah it's been a bit of a thinker for sure, think the bottom line is they will play different roles and hopefully link up and help each other out like Enright and Taylor for example.

Lake is just a potential upgrade anyway will probably look to offload him later on, also I still remember having Selwood and Ablett a few years ago and that didn't hurt their scores. Again thanks for the feedback round 1 can't come soon enough

You will probably have to downgrade your forwards to rookies at least 1 out of Howe, Ballantyne or Matera and use the left over money to upgrade Kruzer to a premium.

I can't vouch too much from the other clubs but I wouldnt expect Howe to be a massive hauler in SC. Is a brilliant player sure, but inconsistant and functioning in a new forward line that needs to work out kinks. Would look at 70-80 Ave

Also for those with Zorko in (plenty) remember he won't play round 1 (possbly longer) and may be a better downgrade target after the first 5 or so rounds

2nd attempt here.
I feel i still might be a bit mid priced heavy but im happy with the spread.

A couple of questions.

Can someone pleae rate my rookies and under $300k players. Have i missed any 'must haves'? Have i made any selections that are just plain stupid?

Also i hear Clarke is injured, will he not play round 1? Any suggestions for a worthy swap for him?

My forward line?

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Apologies for not rating any other teams but this is only my second year at SC and after my dismal performance last year i didn't want to hinder any of your teams with my 'advice'.

One more thing i just remembered, Deledio or Scotland?

Ok, since no one seems to have commented on this here is my (rather unqualified) 2 cents worth - You seem to have a lot of mid price players. A lot of people on here wisely warn against this. Whilst there are some that are risky but potentially worht having (1 or 2 max) in your team such as Lake, Hargrave, Porps, etc. If you look at the numbers having a rookie and premo vs mid ranged players is better. Hunt and Trngove are poor options and worth potentially downgrading one and upgrading the other. Kerr and Barlow are huge risks and Barlow I think is under an injury cloud. I would get rid of these two and look at maybe a rookie and an upgrade.

Look at http://supercoachscores.com/ for some good advice.

Hey guys, first time I've ventured into this board. Have chopped and changed the side a fair bit and am continuing to do so, any advice on the below team would be great.

Unsure on Bugg and Lockyer in the backline, and a bit hesitant to include too many GWS players, but the forward line rookie stocks are very slim.

Would like advice on Adcock too.

Did have Kieran Harper in the forward line for a while hoping for a breakout year, but considered it to be too big a risk, however am open to throwing him back in there. Got $78,000 salary cap space up my sleeve.

B - Goddard, Deledio, Shaw, Adcock, Tomlinson, Ellis, L Brown, Bugg, Lockyer

M - Ablett, S Mitchell, Fyfe, Bartel, Wingard, Stevens, T Mitchell, Magner

R - West, Maric, McIntosh, Giles

F - Franklin, Goodes, Pavlich, Martin, Porplyzia, D Smith, Treloar, Kerridge, T Couch

Cheers guys! :thumbsu::)

Moving in the right direction. Some comments - Dempsey is a risk based on his long history with soft tissue injuries. You have a lot of money tied up in your midfield. You could downgrade a premo here and throw in another rookie (maybe Pendles - still leaves you with good scoring options). With the money left over you could upgrade O'brien (or Dempsey, or both)

Again just some thoughts.

Tom Campbell from the dogs is prob a better choice than Pattison. Can't see our boy Adam getting a game

Ok cheers.

Question, how much money should we leave in the kitty? And what's the benefit of doing so?

You only really need to leave some if you have bottom-end rookies (94k- 106k) so if they end up being duds you have the cash to upgrade to the more expensive rookies before they go up in price.

Ok cheers.

Depends on if you are going for just a League win, or the overall win.

League only, you should leave $100k+, overall, spend it all!

My team:

Back: B. Goddard - H. Scotland - B. Delidio - S. Fisher - G. Broughton - M. Suckling - B. Lake - [B. Ellis - S. Darley]

Mid: G. Ablett - M. Murphy - L. Hodge - C. Smith - A. Miles - T. Ledger [J. Magner* - H. Cunningham*]

Ruck: J. Redden - J. Giles [O. Stephenson - T. Campbell*]

Fwd: L. Franklin - A. Goodes - N. Fyfe - M. Pavlich - D. Martin - D. Smith - S. Kerridge [A. Hall - T. Couch*]

* Subject to Rookie upgrade

Thanks for the reply mate, wasn't sure whether to d/g a forward or defender, I kind of agree with you on Howe, yet he may prove us both wrong... Will have a play around with taking him out and see if I can squeeze mummy in...

Nothing? Is it that bad.

Pretty solid team. The only thing I would change would be to put Dangerfield in the forwards and get rid of one of your forward rookies for a midfield rookie. Not too keen on Saad, Weedon or Pfeiffer.

Sandilands is a risk, apparently he has a calf injury so you might want to make sure he plays this week. With the cash left over you could easily get Cox who has been dominating or Mumford who should get some pretty big scores early with his easy fixture.

Callinan and Porpylzia are another risk who I'd be watching carefully this week. I'm not too sure on Callinan, he had a good half against the pies but the wheels had fallen off by the time he came on. You could downgrade him to a rookie and maybe upgrade mcintosh to someone like leuenberger who should get you more consistent scores. Either way, you have a pretty good team there.
