Not being too harsh on the forward line yet. It is round 1 and missing your primary key forward is kind of a big thing for structure. Hard to tell on TV but the patterns look much better than last year but still some dumb all going up and not getting front and square. The set shot goal kicking is still shit house though.

The issue with Acres isn’t he can’t have really good games, it’s that he also has terrible games.

Hopefully the focus on consistency and settling on the wing really helps that.

Not bad. Very happy with what we've seen from Brodie & Clark.
Meek more than adequate.
Backline generally strong although Cox and Chapman have had some howlers. We need to lose one of Logue/Cox in the back 6 to make way for Hamling. I'm generally in the Walker camp but it would be pretty extreme to drop both those I named. Could happen though.
Mids have been great - Brodie, Brayshaw and Serong killing it. Mundy a bit rusty but doing bits and pieces.
Acres has been terrific, Henry some lovely moments, Freddy some sublime and some ridiculous.
Bring it home boys.
