Dow was a difference maker in the first quarter.. put more of that together and he's gonna be a star.

Awesome effort but we were pretty 'lucky' we've got Weits down back. 52 inside 50s we defended and only went in 40 times.

Not one younger player disappoints. Extremely exciting group coming through.

Kennedy quiet first half but really grew into the game - 3 great performances in a row. Loving what he's bringing
JSOS - personally think that's the best game he's ever played. Shame he didn't end it with 3 goals but that was huge
Paddy Dow needs to bottle that first half as a source of confidence for himself and what he can do going forward. Spend the pre-season with the same running coach Crippa had a few years back and we'll have a player

You would just be beside yourself as a Freo supporter, they seem to find all manner of crazy ways to lose to us. Probably the only team we genuinely have the wood on.

Where would we be without Weitering and Jones in the air down back? Seriously back it up every week those two.

A few guys who were poor/anonymous did well to secure the win towards the end. Samo, Martin, Fogarty and yes, even Levi did some good things towards the end. Full credit to the big lug to keep his head up and contribute despite getting the bronx cheers from his own supporters. Samo in particular was very composed with the footy and rode some tackles very nicely, handled the pressure well I thought.

Thought Cripps had another very poor game, his decision making is consistently awful. Gets a pass given the injury but I really don't like the player he's becoming.

Dow, electric start, faded, but then again made some good contributions towards the end when the game was on the line. Liking what he's producing.

Eddie was very important when it counted too.

Big shout out to Jack Silvagni, worked tirelessly as ever and got a bit of reward on the scoreboard, would have liked to see him kick three or four just for his confidence.

De Koning was monstered but Darcy will do that to any skinny ruckman, still looks the goods big time.

Harry, thought he was really average despite kicking three. Really poor endeavour and I'm sick of seeing him play for frees every time a high ball comes in.

Really happy to win but gee it was lacklustre at times.

Also, Stocker. Has a bit of shit on the liver that bloke.

Our “fringe” players are stepping up and that is the most pleasing thing.

Yep, it's why we are playing better footy. More contributors and less passengers.

Fitness good, skills lifted, got the points.

Couple of guys just played their best games for the club, and it contributed big time.

Thoroughly impressed.

I know that no body asked or cares, but Stocker is now my favourite player. He’s an absolute campaigner

Easily the biggest positive this season is the growth of some of our younger players.

McKay and Stocker with breakout years. Dow starting to put it together. Found a few forwards in Owies and Fogarty. Would love to see more from SPS to round it out.
