**** the Broncos!

Like last year we have to put the foot down early and not give them a chance. They can try run all they like but our mature bodies will suffocate them in the end.

Who schedules a wedding during footy season. :mad:

I don't know whether to avoid any score updates and just watch it after I've recorded it tomorrow or keep up to date every second during the wedding and come off as anti-social and, depending on the result, extremely jubilant or distantly moody.

In all seriouslyness though I found myself in this ridiculous situation years ago so I had the radio walkman on the inside of my suit jacket with one headphone in an ear throughout the entire game.

Did the same for one of the early 1995 Finals. ..wat was worse was it was up the country near Bendigo. .still stein look at that couple....we won but then there was that Preliminary shite night

They're the players out of contact at the end of the year according to the Contracts thread. One of Gibson/Thomas/McDonald/Turner would seem most likely to be signing a new contract at this time of year, if that's what the news is.
 
Just read in HUN that to prepare for the 30+ degrees of todays game they've made players do different things.......such as sitting in rooms with heaters on

Simply genius thinking right there :footy: :cool:
