Our best football this year has come playing the former yet our coach demands we play the latter.

In Mick's defence, his game plan historically takes a year or so to implement. Your list isn't in its prime either. I think another year before judgment is passed on him. They've played OK the last couple of weeks. Plenty of shots on goal. Just a bit more accurate and all you guys would be singing a different tune!

The entire club needs a complete overhaul. I hope today sees the beginnings of it.

There are too many hangers on at the club starting at board level. I suspect that we have our 'influential supporters' getting in there and picking sides for us instead of just sticking in the background.

We need to reduce our board. We need to get Fitzy to come and be the president of the club and start running it properly... but the backroom deal makers dont want him to come and run the club. Because he would be the one who tells them to just donate the money and stop pushing the board to make decisions that give them more influence.

We need to get those backroom king makers out of the club... their money is welcome, but their decision making for the club isnt really that welcome.

Our playing list needs a clean out... too many mentally soft players on our list. But then again... some of the players are too used to having a coach who is a mate and not a boss. They cant deal with someone who barks at them and those are the guys who need to go.

If you cant deal with the pressure from the boss... go back to playing at being a hair model guys.

Most of these influential supporters don't give as much money to the club as you may be lead to believe. My mail tells me even Pratt wasn't over generous.
