The most frustrating thing about watching this game has been the fact that we seem to be about 85% on, and capable of moving the ball well and fluidly, cutting through GWS at stages and working the ball down the ground, but then somewhere between the centre circle and the F50, whoever has the ball forgets how to play footy and fumble****s it all the way to a turnover.

Swallow is hitting contests like a man possessed. Macmillan has had a Barry.

what is being done to correct this?
Nothing that I've ever seen. What makes it more frustrating is that all too often it seems that our overall gameplan doesn't play to our squads strength, nor do player's roles fit their characteristics. Scary stuff when you think about it.

Ok half time.....

17 scoring to 9- ouch.

Preuss has been the story of the match so far.

Durds- good athletic type, has struggled but yeah first hit out and all

Our skills below required AFL standard.

Am worried for the second half- this could get real messy.
Browny hasn't fired a shot- need him to get going.

All in all apart from Preuss a shocking game of footy to watch.

Doing OK for a team not playing particularly well. JMac is having a shocker, Durds gave two goals away from simple fumbles, Turner & Browny have hardly been seen. Lots of players to step up further (Goldy, Higgo, LT, etc)

Games totally being won out of the clearances. Win in the middle, and we'll win the game. Backs doing a great job considering the I50 count, just have to use the ball a little better with the run and carry.
