Someone like Lester who has done a great job in the middle so far, i do think he is starting to run out of gas a bit.

Yeah, he was quite clearly struggling to run out the game.

If Voss had his time again I wonder if he would've subbed out a younger player rather than McGrath. McGrath had a shocking game, and was giving away goals, but probably would've contributed more in the last quarter than some of the rookies. Possibly there was a touch of frustration about that sub.

At one stage across the 3rd and 4th quarters we kicked 2,6. Kick 4,4 and the game is very different.

Basically, everyone of our senior players made a blue that cost us on the scoreboard - umpires not helping. Disappointed, but can live with it.

Everything else has been said but i must give big Sam a mention - thrown in to a position he has not played for 18 months on debut & totally nullified his opponents, & then runs himself ragged in the last when needed. Fine debut young man.
