I have a Sony Android TV so I use the dedicated app and its not perfect but seems to be better than what you guys have described

Not really anything you can all do about it, just need you to know I'm better than you

Sony TVs are so buggy. My Foxtel app on there is a shocker, but then Disney will randomly lose audio and I have to shut down all the apps and reboot to get it working again.

Shame because the panel itself is great.

If I have a usb in the TV, once a week it won't turn on and I have to turn it off and on at the wall to get it to work

Shits me how there isn’t an Xbox app.

The smart function on my TV is trash and I’ve found the chrome cast quite buggy with Kayo so I often just give up and watch the game on my laptop screen.

I'm surprised at that from X-Box as I'd assume their operating system would be fairly close to laptop-ish anyway.

Took so long for them to get the PS ones done, my "smart tv" is from 2015 and is clunky AF so I use the PS systems for media centres (different rooms & tvs), and they're great for every other app except for - wait for it - Binge. Which would crash after watching a single episode of Succession, I'd have to delete the app, reregister my device and log in again. After the first 5 times I got it down to under a minute but **** was it annoying.

Chromecast sucks, so buggy. Forked out for Apple TV recently which is a lot better. Kayo seems to buffer a bit on it though but I’m pretty sure that’s a modem thing

I’m gonna keep this in mind when I get my tv and chromecast setup at my new place. I’ve wanted an Apple TV for a while so good excuse if Kayo is a buggy POS.

Chromecast was just being very frustrating for me in general, I think because my modem would cut out occasionally which would make the chromecast not recognise the wifi unless I reset the modem and the chromecast basically whenever I wanted to cast anything.

Apple TV has not disconnected from the wifi once and is always useable as soon as I need it.

HoneyBadger35, when Ochre shows up at real life gatherings does he just completely karate the party like he does on here?
Described himself this week as “funny, but more preoccupied with making myself laugh than anyone else”. A truly apt description.

I wish I could find a way to avoid my letterbox being stuffed with political crap. I've got a 'no junk mail' sign, but apparently I need to be more specific.

Nah ”no junk mail” doesn’t count for political advertising, unfortunately.

I haven’t had issues with it before, and it works nicely with my google home smart speaker, but yeah, I’d kinda like to go all in on Apple stuff since I have an iPhone/watch/iPad

I help my daughter deliver papers and I've seen "addressed mail only" signs these days.

A custom “if you put political material here, I will not vote for you” sign surely does the trick?

A couple of elections ago I paused before the gauntlet of How-to-voters and announced that the first party to try and hand me a card will be preferenced last. Several of them didn't have their hearing aids in though and thought I said something about a bath.

Most of it will just be getting delivered by posties or the kid that brings your Woollies catalogue, they won’t give a shit who you vote for.
