Fast and Furious movies are so cringey. Was bored last night and ended up watching Fast x. Alan Ritchson’s role/character was probably the most cringey on there. I’m actually not sure if he is a good actor or not. He does however seem to do a good job doing Reacher

Fam and I saw the new Wonka movie the other week. Expected nothing and walked away pleasantly surprised.
Sugary sweet - Yes but it was very good overall.

I even saw Dark Sharks at the cinema, all dress to the nines. It appears he got confused though....Given his actions, he must have thought the movie was called Willy w***er I presume.

At least it feels like we're finally coming to the end of the Superhero phase (DC really took way too long to hire Gunn and put him in charge, talk about missing the boat).

Yeah I struggle to get into any marvel movies now. We did have a golden era in the 2010’s for it but it all went down hil after I spoiled end game.

Never. Pre-existing IP = safer than new IP. If you're chucking $100m at something, you aren't inclined to take risks. Pre-existing IP means pre-existing audience.

Not just films, but video games as well (remaking Final Fantasy, Mortabl Kombat, Crash Bandicoot etc..)

A FFVIII with expanded Triple Triad and incorporating more of the lore that hid in the info menu into the actual game would get me to buy a console that only played it and no other games.
