Below there are two methods of installing the game. The "quick install" is the full game (this is a smaller file vs the full install), it just doesn't contain prerequisite framework stuff that most people already have. The "full install" is the full game, including the prerequisite framework that some people may need. Either way you install, you should have a fully functioning PC2011 game on your computer as the end result.

Quick install instructions: 1) Go to the above link and click "download this file". 2) The installer in the zip file is the (2.00.08) PC2011 installer, so unzip the file and install. 3) Once installed, run the 2.02 patch 4) Then replace the .dll that gets installed with the one in the zip, this will open the full version of the game. 5) Enjoy PC2011!

If you have having issues installing the game with the above method, try the below installation method.

Any help on continuous game crashes

For some reason, the game will crash within a minute or two of opening it.
Have tried the following.
All previous save games
New game
Fresh Install
Registry sweep and new install
Re-Download and fresh install

nothing seems to work. Not sure what has happened or why it will no longer play. Haven't done anything to windows that has changed any settings.
Really hope my run with this game isn't over :(

There's no information on the game crash that would narrow it down. just unexpected error

This is and continues to be a major problem within the game. I'm hoping I can figure out why during the off season making the new lists becaus3 obviously there is something behind the lists to make it crash as in the past using the original 2010 lists never had any issues.

I will try my best to rectify the problem

I can't even get the original 2010 lists to work. Not sure what's happened in the last few days since I played it last.
Might have to switch to TAR

That's a stupid idea Premiership coach is god.
I'll have a look into it for you. Is there any errors in the error log?

That's all I get and no matter what I've tried It doesn't stay on for more than a few minutes.
that's off the back of a fresh install and no adjusted settings using the base_2010 lists.
No compatibility setting works or anything.
Has me stuffed..
 
Well, I might have stopped it from constant crashing.

Can't nail down what actually worked but the last thing I tried was a clean restart (not a format) of windows. Un Installing and re-installing.
Switched to Brisbane (Was using Adelaide to test before) and It hasn't crashed in almost 30 minutes.
Will test Adelaide again and see what happens.
Finger crossed.
 
Hi lads, does anyone remember which file to edit so I can never get sacked? I did it on one of my profiles when I coached the Hawks, but can't remember which file it was.

Go in to the saves folder, then staff, search for your name (easiest way to find yourself) then either edit when your contract expires or you can edit board satisfaction
 
Grockadoc I did a rebuild with our 2010 lists (looking at that list makes you feel so much better about our current one) ended up bottom four for the first two years, then 5th last, bottom four again and the board.supporters wanted to sack me... Then we made a prelim, but got knocked out..then one four premierships in a row ;)

I've just gone back to 2010 myself playing in sim mode, Finished 10th 2011- Cleaned house and won the 2012 flag after a 2-6 start. just starting 2013.
hopefully go back to back.
Only place to see Tigers succeed at the moment.

btw, in mine Jack is on his way to beat Pluggers record :) haha
 
Picked up a few solid additions in the trade period. H.McIntosh, B.Moloney and C.Dawes (better as FF than CHF) made a big Impact.
Traded our dead wood midfielders and passed off N.Foley to North (he had a bad year in 2012)
I was pretty savage during trade week, Even floated Dusty to see what he was worth. (didn't trade him though)
will post the trade period swaps later when I'm home.

Season didn't start well was 2-6 (after winning the pre-season) managed to limp into 7th spot and jagged wins all the way.
Beat the Hawks by 1 point in GF.

Didn't keep track of who went where but the list rolled over a little like this.
