Grundy- Lever Straight swap if Lever shows even the slightest inclination to go home.
I Think a straight swap would benefit both teams in a way, but I think Lever will end his career as a long term Captain and one of the all time great Defenders.
Grundy Im not sure will be recognized in the same breath but could quite easily be the best Ruckman in the comp for the next 5-7 years.
Id give up Mcgovern or to an extent Talia before I voluntarily gave up Lever.

2-3, given his year this year and 2 years left on his contract, I can't imagine we'd be playing him in the SANFL

It is a tricky one. I had him cooked at the start of this year but he has bounced back.
If he can keep going on present form Ill be quietly surprised.
I Dont think ROB is the answer once Sauce falls off the cliff so we have to start forward planning sooner or later.
Sauce would surely hold a little currency after the season he is putting in this year.

Really!!! Talia is the best one on one defender in the league. McGovern is the best contested mark in the league and i love Levers work but he plays as a third tall. Hes good at that but Talia and McGovern are more important to me

I think you are overdoing McGovern a bit. He has the potential to be that but he is nowhere near it yet.
Maybe a bit with McGovern. Im greedy, want to keep em all though

He also could be one of those players who takes an increadible mark every 4 weeks but thats it... every side has had one of those

Well let's have a stab in the dark and predict he will end up playing as a KPD.
The way he reads the play and the ball in flight, I reckon he could even play up forward and do a better job than Harry Taylor has thus far.
Same applies to McGovern.

Yep. Big call I know.
I don't see Lever ever playing as a pure lockdown Fullback. Moreso a rebounding CHB.
RAnce is considered the best KPD in the game right now. I think Lever will play more like him but with better Defensive ability and leadership skills as well as being harder all round.
