Reckon lever will stay but not sure about gov. Feel he will go if he doesnt get 5 plus years on very good money. Not just wa clubs after him, believe carlton has made a big play as well. He is 50/50 at this stge.
So would that be straight swap for Gibbs or do we tell them + 1st round draft pick as well.

For example, two gun mids are free agents (Martin, Fyfe). Adelaide have lost a few where Sloane gets tagged out and the midfield struggled. Adelaide needs a gun mid.

Every single club in the AFL would have a "strong link" to him. Christ. Other than Fyfe and Dusty I reckon he'd be the most sought after signature this year.
There are not many players going around who have a ceiling that is Hall of Fame level, and in my view that is what we are talking about with Lever.

BT and idiot Ling pumping up Lever every opportunity they get. Both Lever and Gov would be the best possible outcome.
David Zaharakis just put off contract talks with the Bombers for the same CBA reason. Not gonna hurt them to wait a bit and see if they can squeeze some more money out of their clubs once the CBA is done.
Yep, I said it a while ago and I'll say it again - any club that ISN'T at least trying to sign a player like Lever when he's out of contract should sack their recruiting staff.
