Replacement assistant coach?

With Laids taking off and Crocks taking the senior role, I'm curious as to whether we'd backfill Crocks position for the rest of the year?

Anyone know?

you wouldnt think they would...firstly who would want it for 10 weeks...especially when history suggests that when a new senior coach is appointed the first to go are the assistants.........might be an opportunity for someone like Simmo to get more involved in that side of the club...

The holy trinity of JB, Euge and Bucks hopefully could add either Arch or Carey in some supporting role. Arch being the toughest of all time and the Duck the best would be pretty damn good support staff. Blakey or Ross Smith would be good gets as assistants. We could build one of the best off field teams for a long while if we were lucky. Very exciting stuff if we target the big guns and incorporate the 5 foot 8 policy.

A great assitant coach would be nathan buckley for the north melbourne fc. He is the the best person to have as an assistant coach or a coach

Agree with Budge. Listening to Arch, he ain't the smartest man alive, even though we all love him.
It's not that he doesn't say the right things, it's just that he doesn't seem natural as a communicator, nor has done anything to suggest he would be a good coach besides being a North legend.
