Buildings in the CBD are primarily shells except for one apartment building, and a cinema that's kinda sortah furnished.
The Shopping Centre has shops in half of the ground floor and is empty otherwise.
I'm sitting just one street away from there now at Fumbler's Fertiliser near the Subi posts, I'll grab a snapshot.

Do you mean something different about the demographics between suburbs ... like culture, class, income etc?
Not really. In my head I apply the same demographics that already exist at the clubs which reside in the suburbs, but otherwise no.
There is an NPC (villager - non-player character) village in Mt Buller, which immediately suggests a kind of commune with cult implications. But that's about it.

Yeah something different between suburbs but loosely based around the cultures of the teams. e.g. I imagine Gumbania and Golden Valley to be quite upper class/wealthy/elitist

Agreed for crime rates in Aby Ghraib, but your take on Golden Valley *& Gumbania seems to conflict with the latest reports:

Lastly we would also like to set up a task force to end the Gumbies and Royals shitness. Things like street crime, drugs, Bridges and Green Tea, will be looked at to see if they have anything to do with their shitness.

... and the crime ... you know ... always paying and stuff.
But yes, I had picked Gumbania as affluent in the past. Hadn't really attributed anything to Golden Valley.
Note that I had made an assumption (with nobody's permission) that the Golden Throne is a revamped Arden Street (Pagan's Ducks / Junkyard Dogs). But demographics change over time, too.
