Data from footywire. To check the draft order see the thread here.

Footywire says: "While we make every effort to keep up to date with player contracts, it is likely that our data may at times be out of date, incomplete or inaccurate. If you find any player contracts that need updating, please let us know using our brand new contract submission form."

How does it work then ???

It worked with Tyrone Vickery and other players
Eagles will either up the offer and Richmond get what we want or we keep him - No issue he is worth more than pick #40+ to Richmond and with the eagles midfield consisting of Reid then ..................................... Yeo/Kelly who are getting on
as a free hit they most likely will ensure they get him
What do you mean how does it work?

The poster said Richmond 'upped' their offer to trigger higher compo.

Richmond's offer has exactly zero influence on what FA they'll get if he leaves.

See Josh Battle.

Richmond will go into this draft with atleast 5 picks inside 21

100% Guaranteed and happy to take your $$$$ on it
Well, considering they're desperate for pick 2 or 3, it'll be interesting to see half of those picks get wiped on draft night when they offer them up for one of those 2 picks.

What happened with Battle ????
He elected to take the lesser offer to go to a team to play finals , Eagles are not playing finals

Well it does he is a UFA so he will go regardless of what his new contract is at a new club the AFL base it on many things but if his valued highly at the club he is leaving the Tigers will be compensated with an early 2nd.
Just say you don't know how free agency works.

My offer is there , Your welcome to back your call and take it up
easy money !!

Richmond has assets that will deliver good trade assets

Yes, exactly.

Do you think Saints bigger offer will trigger higher compo for them? 😂

Not sure how that's at all relevant to WCE.
No the saints offer wont but the Hawks may adjust their offer that ensures the saints get a good result as the Hawks did with Tyrone Vickery. Do you remember that or are you too young

Battle's already agreed to take the lesser offer from Hawthorn, so the offer from Saints is irrelevant.

Keep up.

Overpaying Graham is an option to help lubricate other trades but there is no guarantee yet that happens. It will be something the AFL would be watching for.

Richmond certainly taking rebuild seriously trading out Bolton, Rioli & Baker (& Dusty?)

Loading up on picks before Tassie come in.

Would think would be best for both parties to trade Lynch too.
