I am glad bolton has broken in to this side as pettifer was the only really weak link in an otherwise outstanding starting 18.

I'd like to see one more good year from each of vlastuin, baker & prestia to break in to this side by end of next year hopefully, with prestia having some more luck with injury which is probably the only thing keeping him out for me so far.

Thoughts?

Prestia's already in IMO. He's already passed Cogs for games and is close to Campbell for the 2000's. Much better player than Tuck as well and has been a massive finals performer.

Vlastuin is closer to a spot than baker too.

Nathan Brown ahead of Lambert??? He had that remarkable run of form before breaking his leg. But his first season with us he was ok, not great and that was his only full season. He then broke his leg mid 2nd season and was never the same player. What was his highest b and f finish with us?

tigers have certainly been blessed with the forwards. no disrespect to lambert who i played my junior footy with, but all 6 of these guys at their best are best in comp level quality.

Prestia and Vlastuin are locks for this side already. Kellaway/Newman and Tuck to make way. I’d def have Prestia ahead of Short and probably Vlastuin too.

Nankervis is an overall better Ruck than Ottens, and has had a better career at Tigerland.

Otto would be 2nd or 3rd at ruck, and probably 4th for key forward. And 1st for traitor.

Short had a down year by his standards but he is still a best and fairest winner in a premiership year.

Replace Gaspar with Astbury as Dave was a triple premiership player and way more reliable than Gaspar. Nankervis replaces Ottens. Short can piss off for Rioli.

I have noticed across every board people are naturally biased against players who left their club, especially under bad circumstances.

Ottens was clearly better than nank. And was an all australian while at richmond for 120 matches in this time period.

Yeah I agree. Astbury is underrated. Seriously good old school fullback, hardly ever beaten.

sHORT BEFORE rIOLI AS that's still wrong as Rioli has achieved more and is a much better player.
