Important win for us with the eight tightening up and with both Brissie and Port making a run.

39 tackles to 17 is an amazing stat. It probably suggests that if Richmond were more desperate, they might have won. It doesn't matter though as we got the points. Good to see Colby back in some form.

What is your problem?

Kangaroos 17.6.108
Richmond! 10.18.78

You are my problem, when ever there is a chance to s**t can North you are in with both feet.
If it's not f**ck off to another state, amalgamate, or just drop out of the AFL its not you eh?
Every time a game is played by North against any other side , you have to put your bib in and have your sh*t comments, regardless that your side has been belted the game before.
I personally have never hung sh*t on Essendon, because I respect them for what they are.
Maybe you should get the same attitude.
Regardless, I will still read your posts as I don't hold grudges.
By the way I am not responsible for the North Melbourne Doctor smacking your arse when you were born.
Anyway, Cheers, Fogarty.:)

30 scoring shots to 24 and we lose by 6 goals.

North didnt win this game, Richmond threw it away.

Poor scoring is usually due to the pressure being put on the forwards, bad kicking is bad football, deal with it.

Yup, Tige fans we have to swallow this one and admit we were ********-poor today. Inaccurate kicking is proportionate to the amount of pressure put on forwards by the opposition. Likewise, the fact North were so clean in front of goal is a reflection of our backmens' lack of applied hardness.

Alot of our behinds were from set shots. Richo alone kicked 5.2. It wasn't backline pressure that cost us those misses. It was the most basic and fundamental skill error a footballer can make.
Its called Richmond were ******** and they cant kick.

How good it is to win. How good.... :D

Don't fret Tiger fans. The real reason you lost was because I had the Tiges in double with San Antonio this weekend.

If Spain couldn't get over bloody Bosnia! of all teams in the World Cup quallies for me this week what hope did the tiges have

Spain=********.Never bet on them, their team is no good. You just think it is because their league is full of international imports.

Yes and kicking 10.20 including 2.8 in the last quarter is called throwing a game away.
You were gone by 3/4 time anyway mate. You threw it away with 15 mins left in the 3rd quarter, where we had a run on of 6 goals to zip.

The week before we came from 30 points behind at 3/4 time against WCE, the league leaders, and actually hit the front by 7 points before WCE coming back again.

If we could've kicked straight, the same would've happened yesterday.

Well, if you guys had kicked straight in that last quarter we would have made changes and put out the strongest set-up and there is no doubt in my mind that we would have been able to bring it home. Tackles were definetly a contributing factor into which way the game went. How much of a difference would Brown have made to your forward structure and possible kicking for goal?

Brown not playing is irrelevant and not an acceptable excuse. You're right about the tackle count too, but it's not the be all and end all of a game. A large tackle count can imply that you are second to the ball.

I'm not taking anything away from the Roos win, you played a better style of football and I said so and congratulated you guys in the North board.

Our skills were not as good as yours, simple.

I think we racked up alot of tackles in the first half as you say we were second to the ball. I think you guys had nearly double our disposals at quarter time? But hey, it was just a bad day for you guys. Keep going, some of your supporters seem to have dropped off already even though you are still in the 8.
