Just came off as a bit of a sore loser to be honest, exacerbated by the fact he went to the lengths to go through the rule book to see if she should have been disqualified.

Bruce is mightily pissed off about the whole thing ... no doubt partly because he (stupidly, in the circumstances) called Felix as the winner as they went over the line. It was a terrible mistake for even a rookie race caller to make.

Sounded like he wanted to find a reason for her to be disqualified and Felix to win

(Also it's a very well known rule, and generally the tactic is done to avoid confusion in a photo finish)

I don't think you can use the word unprofessional in the same sentence with Bruce MaCavany. No way he can be described as that.
